   Rebuild of the company's main application and development of new modules within its telecom network monitoring and analytics platform.

   • Built a telecom network monitoring application: custom report creation and scheduling, chart editing and visualisation, interactive maps, user administration, automated report delivery settings
   • Designed and built an Angular library for drag & drop and resizing of interface elements
   • Built an advanced query builder module: visual creation through drag & drop or full text input, detailed condition editing, real-time event streaming via Server-Sent Events
   • Built a Progressive Web App to track 2G/3G/4G mobile network quality across France
   • Coordinated and developed the company's cross-cutting components and internal libraries (tables, charts, reusable components)

   • Built a file format and data quality checking tool (QlikView, VBA)
   • Built Excel macros to automate time-consuming manual processing

   Managed the NAYA DMOS and NAYA Transparence projects (tracking relationships between pharmaceutical labs and healthcare professionals) and led the company's Reporting activity.

   • Rolled out NAYA DMOS and Transparence at several pharmaceutical labs (GSK, Pfizer, Alcon, B.Braun): requirements analysis, estimation, planning, internal resource management, testing and post-production follow-up
   • Managed the rollout of NAYA Reporting in France and internationally
   • Built the NAYA Reporting applications with QlikView: data load scripts, KPI design and KPI catalogue
